The Comfort Connection Family Resource Center at Regional Center of Orange County (RCOC) connects families who have children with special needs to resources and support. Most of Comfort Connection’s staff are parents of children with developmental disabilities, and many are bilingual. In addition to acting as a resource to families, staff are available to present information to community groups regarding local resources, parent support and Regional Center of Orange County services.
