My family Supports Leaps every year by attending their Saddle Up Fundraiser, which includes dressing up in our Derby gear!!! It is sooo much fun!! You get happy hour to socialize with amazing people and then dinner at the beautiful Leaps ranch in Norco, Horsetown USA! There is some amazing stories told and then you get to dance the night away!!
Our family also never misses the Fall Festival that has music, games, horse riding, pumpkins and food! We even had a dunk tank where we got to soak our favorite staff including owner Dr. Cassandra Sanders-Holly, Maddy got her good! It is an amazing fun time!
Mary and I attended the last Parent Support group where we got to experience a real hippotherapy and adaptive riding session with the Ranch staff, lead by Megan Baker!
They even have a Sibling Support program to allows the siblings to enjoy the ranch and have activities to give the parents some much needed rest! Maddy got to help feed and brush the Donkeys one night when Emily was getting her adaptive riding lesson!
The amazing staff has become part of our family! Mr. Shawn Baker is not just Megan Baker’s dad, but a grandfather to all of the kids and parents! Always making sure everyone is enjoying their time and having fun!!
